PURPOSE AND FUNCTION OF THE CAMeC APP:
The app aims to inform about the history of the Camec Museum, the Accessibility Room project, and to provide information tools (videos and texts) on the works exhibited in the Accessibility Room.
REGARDING THIS INFORMATION:
The CAMeC app, being an information app, does not ask for or record users’ personal data. However, we believe it is correct to manage a generic privacy policy and make explicit the methods of management and processing of the Data Controller’s personal data.

The user is free to provide the Municipality of La Spezia with the personal data contained in the request forms or otherwise indicated by the Office contacted to request the sending of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the rights contained in EU Regulation 2016/679 specified in the following information and for the exercise of these rights, the following forms are available. The request must be forwarded to the relevant office that holds the data.
Who processes my data?
The Municipality of La Spezia, as owner (with headquarters in the Municipality of La Spezia, Piazza Europa, 1 – 19124 – La Spezia; PEC: ufficio.comune.laspezia@legalmail.it;
Switchboard: +39 01877271), will process the personal data conferred mainly using IT and telematic methods, for
the purposes established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD), in particular for the execution of its tasks of public interest or in any case connected to the exercise of its public powers, including archiving, historical research and analysis purposes for statistical purposes.
Am I obliged to provide the data?
The provision of data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) or other distinctive element of the various municipal services is mandatory and failure to include them does not allow us to proceed with the processing of the request and/or the provision of the service. On the other hand, the release of the data present in the fields not marked with an asterisk, although it may be useful to facilitate the management of the procedure and the provision of the service, is optional and failure to indicate it does not prejudice the completion of the procedure itself. The Municipality of La Spezia manages numerous services, with various methods and for each of them the type of data requested and the purposes of collection vary.
How long are my data processed?
The data will be processed for as long as necessary to provide the provision or service and, following the conclusion of the procedure or service provided, the data will be stored in compliance with the rules on the conservation of administrative documentation.
Who is my data sent to?
The data will be communicated to third parties and disclosed only in the cases provided for by current general or sector legislation and indicated in the detailed information for each service.
What rights do I have over my data?
You may, at any time, exercise the rights:
• to request further information in relation to the contents of this information
• access to personal data
• to obtain the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing
that concerns him (in the cases provided for by law);
• to oppose the processing (in the cases provided for by law)
• data portability (in the cases provided for by law)
• to revoke consent, where applicable; the revocation of consent does not affect the
lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation
• to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor)
• to mandate a non-profit body, organization or association to exercise its rights
• to request compensation for damages resulting from the violation of the law.
